Terms of Service for Bhagwn Trader

Welcome to Bhagwn Trader. By using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully, as they govern your use of our services and define your rights and obligations.

1. Referral Program

1.1 Eligibility and Rewards:

• Users can refer friends interested in trading to earn rewards.
• You are eligible for a 10% deposit bonus (up to INR 5,000) on the first deposit made by each referred client.
• Rewards will be credited to your trading account.

1.2 Usage of Rewards:

• Rewards are non-withdrawable but can be used to trade and earn profits, which are withdrawable.
• Referred clients will receive an extra 5% balance on every deposit they make.

1.3 Restrictions:

• Referred clients must not use the same IP address as the referrer; violations will be considered fraudulent and result in the suspension of rewards.
• If you successfully refer more than five active clients within a single day, additional benefits may be awarded at the discretion of Bhagwn Trader.

2. User Account Instructions

2.1 Account Registration and Maintenance:

• Users must register using their mobile number. Only one mobile number per user is allowed.
• A single user ID is permitted for each mobile number.

2.2 Communication:

• Users are encouraged to save all Bhagwn Trader customer support contact numbers for support-related queries.
• Join the Bhagwn Trader community on WhatsApp to receive notifications and updates from the administration.

2.3 Deposits and Withdrawals:

• Deposit times range from 1-2 minutes. Withdrawals or payouts may take up to 60 minutes.
• Withdrawals are only allowed to the registered mobile number’s associated payment accounts.

2.4 Account Activity:

• If there is no activity for one month, trading amounts may be dissolved or settled to zero.
• Accounts will be locked for security reasons after 15 days of inactivity; users will need to contact customer support to unlock their accounts.

2.5 Deposit Requirements for New Users:

• New users must make an initial deposit within two days of registration; otherwise, the account may be deactivated by the administration.

3. Trading Guidelines

3.1 Trading Protocols:

• Trading positions must be zero at the time of withdrawal.
• All stop-loss and order placements are executed based on bid/ask price, not last traded price (LTP).

3.2 VPN Usage:

• Trading via VPN is strictly prohibited. Trades executed via VPN will be deleted.

3.3 Negative Balance and Liquidation:

• Bhagwn Trader provides negative balance protection and maintains a 30% liquidation level. Users must monitor positions to avoid losses.

3.4 Trade Execution:

• Clients can hold positions only to the extent of their margin/funds. Users are responsible for maintaining adequate funds to prevent partial liquidation.

4. Prohibited Activities

4.1 Multiple Accounts and Duplicate IDs:

• The use of multiple accounts or proxy/duplicate IDs is strictly prohibited.
• If detected, Bhagwn Trader reserves the right to take corrective action, including suspending accounts or debiting profits made through such accounts.

4.2 IP Address and Cross-Trading:

• Trading or bidding with the same IP address across multiple accounts is prohibited. Cross-trading or same-trade execution across accounts will lead to removal of profits without prior notification.

4.3 Group Trading and Special Permissions:

• Group trading is not permitted on Bhagwn Trader. If you intend to engage in group trades, prior permission must be obtained from the company.

4.4 Prohibited Trading Styles:

• The following trading styles are prohibited: BTST/STBT trades, LINE trades, CHAMKA trades, SCALPING, and 5-minute Jobbing trades.
• Violation of these restrictions will result in the deletion of such trades at Bhagwn Trader’s discretion.

5. Technical Issues and System Failures

5.1 Software Glitches:

• In the event of a software glitch that prevents users from closing positions, users must immediately notify Bhagwn Trader by messaging customer support with their ID.
• Upon receiving the message, Bhagwn Trader will attempt to close positions at the current market price (CMP).

5.2 Banking Delays:

• Withdrawals may be delayed due to banking server issues. Users are advised to remain patient in such cases, as Bhagwn Trader is not liable for delays caused by third-party systems.

6. Risk Warning

6.1 Understanding Risk:

• Trading on Bhagwn Trader involves financial risk. Users should fully understand the risks associated with trading and are encouraged to trade responsibly.
• Bhagwn Trader is not liable for losses incurred by users due to trading activities. Ensure you are aware of your risk tolerance and level of experience before trading.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

7.1 Platform Reliability:

• Bhagwn Trader strives to maintain high availability of services; however, there is no guarantee of uninterrupted access. Users agree to hold Bhagwn Trader harmless in the event of technical issues or interruptions.

7.2 Accuracy of Information:

• Bhagwn Trader does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information provided on the platform. Users rely on the data at their own risk.

7.3 Third-Party Services:

• Bhagwn Trader may integrate third-party services for additional functionalities. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or terms of service of third-party providers.

8. Modification of Terms

Bhagwn Trader reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through the platform or via email. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
